Headquartered in Malaysia, PWS Risk Manager was established in 2020, providing a tailor made financial know how solutions in insurance and risk management to our clients.
We recognized the inherent conflict of interest that exists between the policyholder and their own insurance brokers, agents or insurance companies who are driven not for the good of the policyholder but by their own need to sell insurance products.
PWS sells no insurance, accepts no commissions. Our sole motivation being the design and implementation of a thorough, affordable risk management program for our Clients, aiming at coverage enhancements, service improvements, and significant premium savings, both short and long term.

Our Work
- Undertaking a risk management program audit covering exposures, insurance policies, and any non-insurance techniques, and where appropriate, recommending enhancements for specific exposures or gaps in coverage where necessary.
- Orchestrating the competitive marketing of the risk management program, from development of custom specifications, to insurance company and broker selection, analysis of proposals, negotiation, recommendation and selection by the Client of the placement of the program.
- Providing claims analysis, negotiation and support to maximize the coverage available under past and current insurance policies, supporting the Client’s risk management staff and counsel.
